Delivery
All of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, and helps to sustain our beautiful planet, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
We take 2-5 business days to make your custom-ordered product, more than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Once your product has been created we ship immediately, shipping times are typically 3-5 business days, however please allow up to 14 days.
Returns Policy
At MAKE A STATEMENT, we strive to provide high-quality apparel that meets your expectations. We only create and supply products when an order is placed ('on demand' fulfilment), this means that we do not create or store items in bulk, this is in line with our initiative of protecting and sustaining our beautiful planet.
If you encounter an issue with your order, our returns policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the item you received is:
- Faulty: The item has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different item from what you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at admin@mas-apparel.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 business days.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
